A to Z Challenge - Z
Zebras
I wound up picking zebras as my letter Z because I got in a discussion with Drea about were animals.
Check out our previous A-to-Z posts: W, X, Y
So Drea and I were talking about different types of shifters and how there are some odd ones out there. One we haven't seen are werezebras. Google only showed one book and now I'm wondering why there aren't more werezebras out there! I mean, I've read a book about werehedgehogs, why no zebra love?
What's the oddest were animal in a book you've read? I think werehedgehog or wereshark would be my pick!
A to Z Challenge
That's something to think about--werezebras. I wonder if zebras have the temperament for shape-shifting. Thanks for playing. I enjoyed it so much.

:D Thanks Kathleen! I'll miss your daily stories!
DeleteLOL!
ReplyDeletehehehe
DeleteWe need to get Eve Langlais on this. She has so many weird animal shifters. I haven't seen many horses either. People like predators, I think.

Ohh yes! She'd be the perfect one to write it :D I think I've seen a horse shifter or something like that in KArthur's Riley Jenson series.
DeleteBwaahaha!
ReplyDeleteAre there werestingrays, grasshoppers, robins? A zebra is new and I think only Langlais can make a zebra ass kicking cool!
Not that I know of, but maybe! I'll have to look lmao.
DeleteCongratulations on completing the challenge!

Thanks Scarlett!!
Deleteoh boy....Zebras? that would be a new one!! I do agree though, Riley Jenson you see some unique varieties. But boy I totally think Eve Langlais could pull this one off.
ReplyDeleteWasn't there a horse shifter of some sort in that series? I swear there was lol!
DeleteIf I wrote were books, I'd now have to try one. I have read about wererabbits and werecrocodiles, so why not werezebras? I could see it.
ReplyDeleteLiz A. from Laws of Gravity
Exactly! :D
DeleteI don't think there is! Ha! Now, I just came across a spot in my current fantasy book where a witch has the bone mask and skins of a zebra as her animal. (All witches have an animal bone mask of their affiliate and the skins.) Terms of Surrender is the book.
ReplyDeleteOoooh thanks! I'll look into that
DeleteHmmm I've never come across a werezebra! At least I don't think. Might have been a secondary one in one of Langlaises? I'll have to ask!
ReplyDeletePlease do!
DeleteLOL! I love this. I think every animal should be equally represented in the 'were' realm.
ReplyDeleteI know, right?! :D I've seen weresharks for goodness sake, I want some zebras!
