A to Z - Cover Lover [3]

A to Z Challenge - C

Cover Lover

I've always been intrigued by different book covers for the same book.

Check out our previous A-to-Z posts: A, B

It's been awhile since I've done a Cover Lover post. I wound up picking a soon to be released book, The Beast by J. R. Ward. The left cover is the USA version, the right cover is the UK version. Let me know which one you prefer! I'm leaning towards the UK version since I like the tattoo. ;)

  2. I like the UK one better. I tend to like UK covers better a lot of times. Maybe I'm a closet Brit. LOL

  3. I like the font of the US version the best.
Yeah I like the US version best, the guy in it looks more powerful. Like he is about to kick some ass, or loos control of his humanity.

  7. I think it is so interesting how covers appeal to people differently. I don't think I would pick up the book just based on either cover

  8. Hm, I like the UK tattoo, but the US version pops a lot more with the color and dramatic post. The UK is the typical over the shoulder look that most romance novels have.

  9. Both those covers share different feelings for me. I wonder if both apply to the story or if only one does. I do think I'm drawn to the US version though.

  11. I think I prefer the UK version. I mean, the abs are impressive on the US version, but Rhage is all about that tattoo on his back for the beast. So the UK version feels like a better fit to me.
